For the majority of our tests samples can be transported at ambient temperature. Some tests have specific transport requirements and these are given in the specimen type section of the individual test information details. If you are unsure of the transport conditions for a particular test please refer to the specific test information. 

Samples can be sent to the PRU by Royal Mail or DX Specimen Delivery Service.

Samples should be despatched in packaging that is compliant with current postal regulations (IATA 650 and 602).
