Problems or complaints about our service should be discussed with the Laboratory Manager (Mrs Clare Del-Duca) or Deputy Director of PRU/Consultant Clinical Scientist (Dr Graeme Wild) in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve the issue.

A formal complaints procedure is in place.  Any formal complaints should be submitted in the form of a fax, email or letter and addressed to the Laboratory Manager, Mrs Clare Del-Duca.
